How to Get Ready for CLAT in Grade Eleven - Law Prep Tutorial Lucknow

 CLAT Coaching Near Me

Many students begin their CLAT preparation from Grade 11. Those who are already sure they want to pursue a career in law in Grade 11 have the added advantage of having more time on their hands. With the right strategy, students can prepare for CLAT as early as 11th grade and pass the exam with flying colours.

First, aspirants need to go through the entire syllabus of CLAT and understand the exam pattern. This way, they will get an idea about the basics of the exam.

Time management is of utmost importance when starting to prepare for CLAT in 11th grade. While students have about two years to prepare for the law school entrance exam, they must also balance their school and other activities.

Candidates can divide their CLAT preparation into three phases.

Phase 1:

In this phase, candidates will go through the entire syllabus and exam pattern and collect study material to prepare for CLAT. They will create a schedule and set aside at least 2-3 hours each day to study for CLAT.

Phase 2:

The second phase is the longest phase where candidates work through the entire syllabus of CLAT. They study all the topics that may be asked in the exam and also leave enough time for revision.

Phase 3:

In the third phase, candidates mainly focus on solving practice tests and sample questions. By practising the questions regularly, they prepare for the exam.

The desire to study varies from student to student, so everyone must create a study plan that suits their abilities. Candidates should not burden themselves with studying and make a plan that includes other things.

Candidates need to make the most of weekends. If they do not stick to their schedule during the week, they need to make sure they make up for it on the weekends so that the next week's study schedule does not get messed up.

During school exams and tests, it is normal for students to not spend much time preparing for CLAT because they are busy with their schoolwork. However, they must make an effort to catch up after the exams.

Most experts advise starting preparing for CLAT using the NCERT books. Students should go through all the NCERT books containing the syllabus of CLAT at least once.

When a candidate is done with his/her CLAT preparation and still has some time to spare, he/she can purchase test series from a reputed CLAT tutoring centre. These tests and practice papers help in getting familiar with the exam process and also increase the speed and accuracy of the candidate.
